About Town with Patton McDowell & Associates: May Edition

Asheville Skyline At Dusk(1)Will those April showers bring May flowers? Spring is definitely in the air, and we will take some time to stop and smell the roses as we make our way around the area. You can follow us on Twitter @PattonMcDowell where we live tweet from events.

  • May 14: Stone Soup III – Essential Tools for Today’s Nonprofits in Boone, NC – Associate Director Sally Loftis will be attending this High Country event at Appalachian State University.
  • May 15: AFP Western North Carolina Chapter Meeting in Arden, NC – Sally now lives in the High Country area, where she is able to participate in these local meetings. During these meetings, we tweet using the hashtag #afpwnc to share what’s happening.
  • May 17: 2013 Carolinas Literacy Summit in Charlotte, NC – Patton and Josh will be attending this Reach Out and Read event with our client, the Charlotte Post Foundation.
  • May 23: AFP Charlotte Chapter Meeting in Charlotte, NC – Patton, Josh, Associate Director David Ibsen and Sally will attend this chapter’s next meeting titled “Leader Development and Succession Planning for a Sustainable Future.” During these meetings, we tweet using the hashtag #AFPCLT to share quick thoughts and quotes.

Besides these major events, we might see you during various client meetings or social activities in the Carolinas and beyond. Also, you can visit us online. See you around town!
